Subprocessors

1. About this list
These are the third parties that process customer data for ClearPoint Meridian on ClearPoint Logic's behalf. Each entry shows what the subprocessor does for Meridian, the customer data it processes, and where it processes that data.
This is the subprocessor list referenced in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Current subprocessors

4. Changes to this list
We update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer data. Subscribe to be notified by email. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the list last changed.
5. Other services
These are not Meridian subprocessors:
- Cloudflare provides DNS for clearpointlogic.com and protects website forms with Turnstile. It does not receive Meridian customer data.
- The Meridian Edge collector runs on the customer's own infrastructure, not on a third party's.
6. Website
The clearpointlogic.com website is separate from Meridian. It runs on AWS. When you submit a website form, Attio stores the submission as a contact record, Resend sends the inquiry receipt and our internal notification emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from abuse. Website analytics and the blog are described in the Privacy Policy.
